Lyndall pads (lack of) wet weather performance

Has anyone had gold pads and found they area actually worthless in wet condiitons? I have PM calipers with a new master cylinder and half worn stainless rotors on an older bike. In the we these pads are down right dangerous. They just don't have any friction at all in wet condiitons, OEM brakes preform better and that is saying something.

The local importer has more ways to get out of taking responsibility or helping than there are positions in the Karma Sutra (a sponsor for this site), so no value in finding a solution there.

If you have had this problem and worked out an answer I woud really love to hear it.

    Cheers

I run the Golds and they are 'ok' in the wet. I just have to change my riding style to match them...lol... (I think its because they really hate being cold)

Still its worth it to have the awesome grip in the dry and the brake dust free rims.
