Hi All,

Going for a 3 night Easter run with the missus. Central Coast – Goulbourn (via Werri Beach/Gerringong)– Orange – Mudgee – Central Coast.

Looking for any suggestions for most interesting route between:

1)    Goulbourn and Orange - via Oberon and Bathurst? Or via Crookwell and Blayney? Or something else?
2)    Orange and Mudgee – via Molong, Wellington and Gulgong? Or via Hillend? Or something else?

From Mudgee we’re going via the Bylong and Putty Road (if the mrs’ arse and knees can handle it).

Any tips/must see’s appreciated.

Make sure to stop at the Grey Gum Cafe on the Putty! Good feed and they are very bike friendly. Have a great trip!

I would definately recommend Mudgee, its  got good pubs to choose from few wineries to drop in afor free taste impress the missus but being easter long weekned it's a gamble ......

I'd be avoiding the south coast south of Kiama to Gerringong over Easter - there is about 5ks of new roadworks around Gerringong. The traffic is already backed up 10 ks at Kiama and the holidays haven't even started !
