O2 Sensor Voltage - Tweaking?

    Hi All,

For the people following me through the development stages of a Calibration file to suit my 883 Iron using the TTS MasterTune. The final map runs well and more than happy with the way the bike performs.

One thing I have noticed that when I pull up at lights for example, I get the impression that the AFR is just a tab rich and looking leaning the mixture a small amount.

I am using Closed Loop to cover areas around idle and up a few 1000 RPM.  I would like to keep this area in Closed Loop, so I have the idea of reducing O2 Sensor Voltage.  At the moment the voltage is set to 620mV and would be looking to lower to 550mV.

The question is: Would I have to go through the drama of creating new VE Tables knowing the Induction System and Exhaust are un-changed??

    Pete

    Thanks Hilly,

So far, Engine Temp has been good - worst I have seen it was about 155C - and that's up here in Brizzy during a warmish day.
Maybe I am a tad ambitious going direct to 550, maybe I start at 600.

I have bought a new set of pipes (S&S Powertune) so I will need to re-do the VE's anyway.
