The sixth is starting to get close for me, wound is healing up OK, but no heavy lifting for six weeks I'm told. Well, I'm keen to get out on the bike but I have to avoid straining through my guts...if I do any damage I'm stuffed for months more!

Then of course, there's the minor problem of not being able to tighten my belt yet so I'm just not sure how I'd go bouncing around on the bike....... Finally, wifey is pretty keen I don't overdo things as you might imagine, so I don't expect to make it. Sounds like Spook is in the same boat?

And last, lost my connection to my home network on my main machine for some unknown reason, just can't seem to get it back.....maybe have to do a re-install FFS! So email is iffy for me at the moment..

I'll be there when I can.

Colstah, I clean forgot that you had surgery recently.  Hope you are getting better quickly, catch you on another ride mate.

Have to look after yourselves cause if you don't no one else will.

Just making an ammendment to the meeting and departure times due to the end of daylight savings on Saturday April 5.  Meeting time WILL be at 9:30am for a 10:00 am departure.

Lunch will be at Brauhaus Hotel, Angaston, approximate arrival time will be 12:30pm.

 Hoping to join run. Will know later in the week. Heading to Mount Gambier for a ride tommorow until Tuesday while the weathers good.

I on the other hand will wallow in the fact I will be night shift and turn the clock back one hour and do it all again, unpaid for 60 minutes.

the switch to the other end of daylight saving don't line up with the same shift,
but we are talking about 1 hour.

I'm a member of other forums on other interests, and I had a friend/forum owner flying in from Sydney this weekend to attend another forum meet here in SA on the 6th....................I was picking him up at the airport, providing accomodation, and taking him to the event.

Just spoke with him and he's been forced to cancel, so I figure if he aint going, I aint going either, coz I know a pack of pricks who're going riding this Sunday, and I'm gonna join them instead!!!

This will probably be my last chance to meet with you lot for quite a few months, as I'm buggering off to Bali shortly, and by the time I return the harsh reality of winter will be in full swing.

I also need to get the new bike out for a decent run, so's we can iron out any obvious bugs and start to really feel each other out properly......It's a bonding thing, but very blokey and not at all gay!
