Cant recommend the wind deflectors enough. Have them on my 2010 Road king and had them on my Heritage previously. I am also of to Canada at the end of July to do the Rockies on a Road King. Eight of us on five bikes going for two weeks. Looks like an awesome trip.
Photo of the deflectors on my 2010 Road King. They dont look as good as the newer Street Glide deflectors but comfort comes first on the long runs.
The curved ones are '14 model parts , available for FLST models '86 and later ( part # 57400143 ). Different to FLH type '95 and later ( part # 57400146A )
Have thought the soft lowers for winter riding. Let us now how they go. Fck ....must be getting old
No heated undies but thermals started getting some use again mate
I did notice the lower deflectors on the Fat Boy had the Top bend facing forward,( & the bend looks very sharp)( & the outer lower edge is bent backwards), Where as on the Road King the bend is facing backwards, and looks a lot softer / nicer bend at top.( & the outer edge is straight,) and in my opinion looks nicer.
Then Tim,S.G. Street Glide, have No bend at top edge( just cut outs for indicators) and look as if they have a Nice Curve outwards from forks. ( nice looking bike Tim )
Something like this??
