    what's better stainless steal or chrome handlebars. i have found you can get stainless for about the same price as chrome.

    stainless is better if the style you want are made in it a lot less chance of rust/ corrosion never had any problems with Burleigh bars

    I like Stainless as once your polish it up it has a nicer shine than chrome (IMO)

    Always go Stainless,,todays chrome is shit, they can't use the process that worked anymore, Gov. stopped them for using the chemicals needed to make great chrome.

    i would go stainless for most things if i had the choice. but i dont like chrome, especially up around the handlebar/ instrument panel area. too shiney for my liking. good quality stainless steel will last forever but even the very best quality chrome gets rusty eventually. the difference is when your stainless gets blemished you can clean it up with a scotch pad but if you try to clean up your chrome with whatever you think would be the go the damage has already been done and your fighting a losing battle. if you can buy the handlebars in chrome or stainless for the same price ask yourself the qestion : how shiney does it need to be?

    at first i throught a bit pricy then went to a show & shine last weekend and saw a set of 2in bars and have fell in love with them. they are the best set of bars i have seen and hope they look just as good on a set of 58mm inverted
