do i need adjustable pushrods with se-4 cam

    installing a se-4 cam can i get away with using standad pushrods, the cam has .505 lift

    cool thanks for the reply i knew they were a bolt in but werent sure if a "true bolt in" ..heads are off getting ported so no need to cut em ...maybe its me but id never cut a set of perfectly good pushrods anyway ....it aint that hard to undo rocker covers :)

    Hi

     

    You say the heads are off for porting ?

    If you deck the heads & touch the valves & seats it might pay to put adjustable pushrods with tubes.

    it will save you having to do it after you bolt it back together & find the lifter preload out.
