    Okay...heres mine.
    80" 1986 Evo
    Stock heads for now but a worked set will be going on in the next 6 months - (as soon as I can find someone to do the valve seats and a little welding)
    Andrews EV31 cam with adjustable pushrods
    Single fire ignition setup thanks to Ultima and DynaS
    Alto clutch fibres - but basically a stock clutch.
    Chain drive with 24 front and 51/48 rear.
    Aerocharger turbo
    110hp

    SE120r crate motor

    .010" oversize GMR supplied CP domed pistons

    Cometic .030" HG

    S&S 625 Geardrive cams

    S&S roller rockers

    AV&V Beehive springs

    SE Tapered adjustable push rods

    Harley B lifters ( Gatermans and S&S with travel limiters sitting in waiting)

    SE high flow oil pump and Cam Plate

    Axtell Oil bypass

    SE 58mm TB

    Stock Clutch with barrnet spring

    TTS home tuned

    did 11.8 at the quater mile they other week my first time out

    don,t know figures haven't been on the dyno with these cams

    Hey Ando, curious to know what base map you started with, as I have a 120" sitting on the bench ready to go in to the bike in the next couple of months. Same cam & intake by the way. - Rob

    Had several configurations in the last 2 1/2 months but
    Settled at this
    11.2:1 static
    SE Cases
    S&S 4 5/8" crank shaft
    S&S 4 1/8" bore cylinders
    S&S pistons set at .000" deck height
    S&S Super Stock 92cc heads decked to 89cc
    replaced valves, seals and springs, Touch up ports
    Intakes flow @28" 650 lift 318 with full throttle body and A/C backing plate
    exhaust 296
    Ceramic coated piston tops, combustion chambers, valve faces, back of exhaust valve and exhaust port
    Woods rocker support plates
    S&S roller rockers
    S&S 640 easy start gear drive cams
    S&S Quickie push rods
    Gaterman lifters set at .140"
    Fuelling Race oil pump
    Axtell bypass
    Custom made cam support plate
    SE 58mm throttle body cleaned up and port matched
    S&S Stealth 1" taller A/C matched to throttle body, vented to atmosphere
    Drago's Dragula pipe with custom made baffle
    Twin Jagg 10 row oil coolers and twin Wards Parts Fans on the heads
    ARP Bolts through out

    seems OK

    I like this thread, more interesting, the place was getting borring.

    no one has mentioned the S&S reed valve thingy, it works like a one way valve lets pressure out of crank case into cam case & stops it returning. my 01 twin cam used one & i could feel a gain. it's still in the motor, But sold bike to a friend still going strong, just wondered if anyone else uses them?

    I have one in my Evo....Its a total no-brainer install as its not geared, so it just slots into the hole. I was speaking to John Trease about them last month and he did point out that its a one-way valve so only lets air out of the cases and not back in again. I am not sure if this is a problem or not - I guess not as its been in the bike for a good 6 years now without a problem.
