    Hi Street Cat 41,
I fitted a set to my 2012 Road King when I put a detachable fairing on the bike prior to doing the Carins HOG rally run at the being of May. They reduced the front end dive under breaking that the stock fork springs suffer from and teamed up with a pair of Ikon rear shocks the ride has improved.
In a Street Glide the front forks have a slightly different setup to the Road King due to carrying the weight of the fairing all the time however from my research I see that the upgrade to monotubes is well worth the outlay. It will probably highlight the soft rear shocks if you only do the front however.
    Regards,
    Iron1250.

mono tubes up front and JRI adjustable shocks on the back 2012 Road Glide and made a noticable improvement all round.
