Fitting some pegs to my Forty Eight today made by Figure machine engineering specifically for the 48.

All well and good, how fuken hard could it be....

 

spring clip is in correctly, just to see if I hadn't lost the plot, I re-installed the stock pegs and nil issue.

 

What the hell is going on here!

Figure machine products are normally pretty good , purchase a few items myself , but that would piss me off , maybe try another spring washer on the opposite side  to get rid of the play , but looks like you installed it correctly 

 

to top it off, the Vision X4 air cleaner I just bought, stripped the perspex front cover threads with barely any torquing. Absolutely livid.

Spent near $600 on stuff from these guys too.

 

I think they have sent me regular sporty pegs instead of the specific 72 & 48 mount ones.

Regular pegs wont even fit your bike. I recommend you contact them via email with a link to the video. Give them a chance to make things right. Keep us updated.

Ask for a replacement or refund.... that sucks when your looking for to getting some 'quality' parts for your scoot and it doesn't work out! Good luck
