Hi has anyone had to replace this part before on their efi harley and fitted it themselves? Mine has developed a leak.  I'm going to attempt it myself, & need some advice.

Can someone post a link to an online manual to do this, cheers for your help.

Remove the fuse to the fuel pump, Start the bike and let it run till it runs out of fuel. Locate the Quick Connect Fuel valve, Pull down on the chrome upper sleeve and remove the lower valve. From there remove your tank and remove the fuel line from the Throttle body. It just slides on.

    Your manual is here https://www.dropbox.com/s/fl757h7qu4igemz/SOFTAIL-2006-Service-Manual.pdf

I believe you can replace the "O" rings in the quick connect fitting if that's where the leak is.

Thanks AJ. WAZ, yeah I've read about others who have replaced the o ring, on other forums. I've bought the replacement connector, but will return it if I can have a go replacing that o ring. Does anyone have a seperate part number for it?

You can use 11105 "same as oil drain plug" for the thinner one,and
11187A for the thicker one. There supposed to work ok.I've been warned
that they are a real pain to get out when left on the bike.

Hi guys, I found this handy video on how to replace the O-rings, which is what needs to be done on mine.

Unfortunately Harley Heaven don't stock the special tool, or O-rings.
