Hi everyone just a general question re my 2005 FLSTN, alot of the online spares i have been looking out out of the US only mention 2006 onwards. Is there any difference between these models other than injected or carb.

Lots of things change between years. In 2006 they released the 2007 model big twins, most of which had different/bigger engine, transmission and other stuff. My flstf got a different swing arm and axle, different front end arrangement compared to the earlier (and also later) model flstfs.

Mate most of what will suit your bike will be advertised 00 - 06. But some parts that are 06 won't suit your bike either. Is your bike still the stock 88 or have you got a 95? Or has the bike had any other work done like cams pipes air etc. Parts sort of depend on where to buy them for what parts you actually want

Thanks the bike is a 95 completly stock except for a Hypercharger!
