Can anyone with an 07/08 standard or custom softail tell me if they have upgraded there front fork internal  suspension components. looking to replace my fork springs ect, as the front dive under braking into corners is getting a little less responsive. Interested in any aftermarket upgraded springs ect that you may have installed and your opinion of said brand u used. Also interested in your opinion of your upgraded springs ect when braking into a sharper corner.

Cheers for that rednuts. your obviously happy with your progressive springs so I will probably go that way. When I near ready to start I will let you know if I go same way and see if you still have springs. Cheers for the advice

If you havent tried heaver oil yet give it a crack. My 07 softy was like chalk and cheese when I went heavier in the forks.

A set of Ricor Intiminators in the forks are easily the best value for money I have ever spent on my Softail and I've spent plenty, brake dive is greatly reduced and doesn't grind anymore even on roundabouts and handles better than I ever thought a Harley was capable of.

Not wanting to hack this thread but mick if you don't want red nuts progressive fork springs, I will grab them ( provided they will fit my 2000fatty)

Im not upgrading for a little while yet so by all means. And still undecided about buying the upside down forks as well.
So by all means, grab the springs off rednuts. Hes not asking much for them as well so seems to me that hes giving a good deal.
