I'm in the market for a cam for my 2013 103ci Deluxe, I've already V&H staggered pipes, Stage 1 intake and SEST.
Been looking at the SE204 specs but havent managed to find much in the way of how..
I want good low to mid torque but dont want it faiding away to much up top. Was also looking at the Andrews 57H, read where people are saying the SE203 is a simular cam... so whats the better of the two?
Would also like to hear some performance feedback on each cam from people thats actually ran either on a factory 103ci
Also any reccomendations for a great dyno tuner in or around Melbourne please?
Thanks
Had mine tuned at Maztech, speak to Anthony.
Last week I had Crane Rocket 574 cams put into my 2012 Deluxe 103 & also put in the Feuling 7074 oil pump kit & Andrews adjustable push rods.
The only other changes from stock are V&H Big shot staggereds, air filter, oil cooler & SE SERT Pro tuner.
The cams etc & dyno tune work was done by Thundertech in Perth & I could not be happier with this combo as it has gone from 71.25 hp & 84.43 torque to 90.70hp & 97.28 torque & there is no excessive valve train noise & the bike rides awesome so whilst it does not help with your original question perhaps it adds another choice of cam to the mix.
Running & sounds great but its only been commuting to work & back so looking forward to getting out on the open road.
I have SE204 cams + D&D full 2-1 system + SE breather + power vision tuner, fitted to my 2012 Dyna 103". Here's my take: No question about warranty (being SE product)
Slightly lumpy idle - sounds great - but no unwanted noises or rattles.
6.5L/100km fully laden with pillion, saddle bags and top box. Tuned by Lushy (SA) 98Hp, can't remember the tq figure. Awesome power/pull right where I want it - lower in the rpm range. I don't go over 5000rpm anyway, there is no need.
Sure can do I will scan it in the next couple days.
Dyno sheet finally scanned.
Will be interting to compare.
Kev & Scotty,
SE 255 Cams 96 ci.
