That pic really does illustrate the damage I see on a regular basis from the C lifters, I recommend everybody running these new lifters to ditch them really quickly Not sure what year they swapped from the B to the C lifter but any new 103 ci bike has the C lifters

WA boys I can help out if you want them swapped

just took lifters out today, 35000kms, 2010 fxdwg they look in fantastic condition,

lucky i didnt waste more than $60 on a new set to put in, would be pissed if bought some S & S or Fueling or some other for $150-250

    thanks

Hilly, the way I read it, he re-used his old lifters when he fitted new Cams ?

Robots, I'm wondering why you didn't fit the new Comp Cams lifters you had ?

    Hi,

I put the stock ones back in, they very good condition, checked the bore and lifter for wear & tear as per the manual

Comp cams in the shed, re-used push rod o-rings, rocker cover gaskets, crazy throwing away quality stuff

    Thanks

It's been a while but I did another fuel usage check & it has improved by 20.18%

    16.01 Lt = 255 kms - 6.29 Lt per 100 kms
