hi, just wondering if anyones has had any experiences with Airhawk seats or any other air/gel style seats..?

the stock seat on my Lo is no comfort whatsoever and even less for the missus. do alot of long distance and not sure wether to go air/gel or upgrade to touring style seats (if they even fit?)

    cheers!

Used an Airhawk for a while then bought a Mustang seat and no longer need it, the
missus still uses one though, they are a good thing.

If comfort is a priority just buy a mustang seat. You won't hear a bad word about them

Hi there. Love the airhawk. Wife bought me the R version. Has cut outs front and back for tail bone and private parts. Helps to flatten out deuce seat which is quite short. Cool in hot weather.

cheers, thinking i might try the Airhawk for now due to limited funds atm.

does anyone know if softail pillion seats are interchangable? heitage/fatboy/etc (keeping in mind the Lo is a 200mm rear)

Great for those long trips as my seat is only good for 200k's.
TIP - Do not fully inflate (speaking from experience), only needs a little air FYI

I've looked into these. Australian company in SA. But the cheapest way to buy one is via eBay from the USA!
I have a week long ride coming up and assessing whether it may improve the comfort of my mustang seat

I have the Badlander seat on my FXST and I get a really sore arse on anything over 100km.
So even the replacement seats aren't very comfortable?

I have always found Mustang seats very good.

I'm looking into a danny gray seat that has air hawk built into the seat where foam would normally be. May be of interest.
