I currently have Version 1.16 on my Infotainment system (6.5) on my 2014 Ultra limited. There is a version 1.17.1.1 on the website but for the life of me I can't get it to work.

I have tried copying the file from the zip folder directly to USB stick as well as extracting it to USB stick. Nothing works - keep getting the error image is incompatible or corrupted. Any help would be appreciated.
