Oil Temp for 2012 103ci Wide Glide

    Hey all,

    My Oil lvel/temp digital gauge is reading around 106 - 119 deg C hot after a normal run.

    Is this temp to high ? Should i stress ?

    Engine gets a little more rattly (tappy) at this temp as well.

    Or is this normal for a 103ci Engine in a Dyna ?

    As the oil gets hotter it thins out a bit and does not do as good a job of keeping all those motor noises at bay. Is your temp gauge a HD screw in LED one?

    Yep.. its the Black LED Screw in one from HD.
