Carefull when you order HD leather jacket from this supplier

Martot.com from China

I paid and ordered on last oct 3, 2013 

I was told that it was out of stock 

After a month I check their site once again and it was back on stock 

but up to now I still haven't recived my jacket

They keep on telling me that they are checking the stock now it has been a week and no one 

has gotten back 

I don't if I will ever see my jacket or money again

Last time I had problems with a Chinese supplier I told him I was going to start filing complaints. I had no fucking idea who I could complain to, but he quickly got my goods to me with a little bonus gift, so there must be someone to complain to and they must want to avoid that

1/ Did you pay with paypal...? If so the seller doesn't get paid until you sign for it. 2/ Did you order it through someone like ebay or one of the co ops in China. If so, advise them you will file a formal complaint thru the co op or to ebay if they can't provide shipping details. They can be really slow at times and their English isn't that good, but don't get abusive to them or they will cut you off.. A lot of stuff gets nicked in transit over there as well. I've waited months for a jacket after it was nicked in transit, eventually got a replacement.

Why wouldn't you go via one of the vendors listed in that thread

If you paid using a credit card you should be able to do a reversal through your credit card company.

Sorry to hear that your jacket is missing. but when the WESTERN Union flag is up you should have smelled a rat. Never, ever use western union.

Never Ever use Western Union, ALL Scammers use this, as it must be easier to bypass the Safe Guards the others use. The fraud squad ( Aust Police ) and other Authorities will tell you to stay clear of W.U.

Lucky I use Bpay this time
