We are hiring bikes from Vancouver eagleriders in Sept and riding through the rockies across to Qubec city. Eagleriders are the only ones to have a drop off point on the eastern side

Vancouver is awesome. If you have time a ferry trip out to the Island would be a good suggestion. But you could always come back and do that lol The province of British Columbia is without a doubt the nicest province to bike in. Not taking away anything from the Maritime Provinces thou. It is awesome out on the east coast as well. There are spots all across Canada but when your traveling east/west there is a lot of ground to cover and those spots are either north or south of your route. The trans Canada is hwy # 1 travelling east/west and kind of a boring interstate but it is the only road that you can make time on. The secondary's seem to angle and not many are east/west. To zig zag across Canada may take 6 months. One month will be a nice holiday thou. It is a good hike to Niagara Falls but beautiful to see once you get there. Ontario has it's it's spots to see. It is a very large province.. But crossing the prairies might remind you of interior AU even thou I've never been there but heard about it. ha ha. No roo's thou

    Nice pics Pauly

I'm hoping to share some video in a few months when things start to happen here.

thanks for your imput, its very much appreciated. I just went around Aus in March 15500 ks in 35 days and as you know three quarters of it is desert.
So going a couple of thousand across the guts of Canada should be a breeze:)

    Top Pics Pauly cheers

The route thru Whitsler and Kamloops to Jasper is a good route.  You would enjoy that stretch.

I attached a link to another option that is a bit more scenic.  You would end up in Banff first this way and then head north to Jasper before you start traveling east across the prairies.  Your choice to see Jasper and Banff is a wise one as they are stops that are well known to tourists that visit Western Canada.  Also the second option takes you across the Kootenay Lakes on a short free ferry ride which is a nice touch.  You will then want to stop in Nakusp and visit the Leland Hotel which is the oldest operating hotel in British Columbia.  The view from the deck while having lunch is awesome.  The food isn't to shaby either.

You could without a doubt tour the province of B.C for a full 21 days and have some of the best riding you will ever experience and not travel the same road twice.  Our Routes that we offer are targeted heavily in B.C.

Did the Ea...Ri......s rental Company tell you Sept was the best month to bike in Canada?  Mayb because it is there slow time?   Just sayin

We can have beautiful weather in Sept it is just a lower percentage chance.

Have a good trip if I don't talk to you before.

The only company offering the pickup and dropoff that I know of is the one you were in touch with.  Our road systems in the western provinces are very friendly in making large scenic loops.  This is why we are able to start and end our trips from the same city and hardly ever cross the same roads twice.  Picking up and dropin off is not commonly used unless like you are planning to crossing from one side of the Country to nearly the other as you had planned or get from A to B.

You have me thinking also.  Thinking about the length of our planned tours???  I hear you when you say you would spend a month in Canada if you are making the effort to travel here.  It makes me wonder about making our tours 15-16 days in duration as a minimum which would give guys like yourself a good bike tour and then 7-10 days or so to do or see something else why you were here. If anyone would like to give me some feedback on this it would be greatly appreciated.  Our business is new and I have one trip complete and three trips in the planning stages as we speak.     I realize that everyone has there own idea of the length and the miles/km's per day they like to travel.  But in planning these routes I need to stick with the average bikers desires.  I never thought I  I would be using this forum to build my trips!    lol    but oh well any ideas or feedback will be helpful.

I think I will pm you Chriso to talk about your plans to visit Canada.  I don't want to offend anyone from Canada if they are lurking on this site!   ha ha ha

Having a forum like this is a fantastic way to gauge and get ideas of what tourists want out of a holiday, especially like yourself just starting out in their business. I think a ten to fifteen day tour would be awesome, say riding an average of 200 - 250 Km's a day, it would leave ample time for sight seeing and rest breaks along the way without pushing it. If I could ever afford it, I'd like to do something like this in Canada, & the USA.  Good luck with your business mate.
