China, Its about civil rights and all being treated equally under the law. Im sure theres something in the constitution that alludes to that. Newman is not treating all Queensland citizens equally under the law. I bought my first Harley, an evo custom softail in late 1984 the same day I saw a release picture of that bike. I dont comment on the patch clubs cause ive never been one and know fuck all about them. Nor have I ever tried to be one. From 1984 untill mid 2013, Ive never been pulled up any more or less than anyone else and have been waved through road side blitzes just as many times as ive been waved in and thats in every state ive been in, lived in, ect.

Particularly in the last six months i have been pulled over for no reason many, many more times than I have been in my life. Often by the same few motorcycle cops. I been taken to the cop shop in a divi van over 5 times in the last 6 months after a breatho with the cop saying im over the limit. Just to have a .01 or .02 reading, That reading represents 2 glasses of light beer. Ive held my license for over 35 years. Each time ive asked the cop on the roadside to show me the reading on his handheld breatho reading, In all cases the cop refused to show me. I have no criminal record nor are a known associate of anybody and allways got on well with cops who pulled me over on road side blitzes. Ive been told by a few people that the cops are building a database on Harley riders. 

Now, my case might be very trivial in the scheme of things but even in my case, it is targeted harassment by the queensland police under orders from Newman.Many harley riders who are not or ever have been patch club members report same treatment.Not to mention the cops who tasered an older lady in the eye and those 4 cops in another state who tasered a bloke 14 times untill he was dead. And remember Newman threatened the police that if they didnt target bikers, there job was on the line and he introduced a tally sheet for cops to fill out showing all those they pulled up or the sack they would get. 

It doesnt matter if your a clubbie or like the majority of bikers who simply like the harley brand, Every citizen should be treated equally with out fear or favour under our law. Newman is not doing this. Hes a quasi dictater with a meglomaniac personality.

That meglomaniac personality was shown to the world by Newman just the other day. He accused a clubbies lawyer publicly of bieng a supporter of a criminal gang. I might be wrong but I thought every Australian citizen accused of a crime had the right to defend themselves using a lawyer. ( I dont really think I might be wrong)

This lawyer is going to sue Newman for Libelous comments about him. Then out comes newman with his smug face saying the taxpayer will pay for his defence and if Newman looses, the tax payer will pay any settlement or costs if Newmans found guilty. Newmans words, not mine. This is corruption by Newman if ever ive seen it. Newman personally made those comments in public about that lawyer, And Newman said those comments directly about that lawyer, not in a generalised manner but in a targeted libelous attack.The liberal party did not. 

So you should ask your good mate, Abbott and Pine to stop this dictator using the public purse to pay for libelous comment about that lawyer. Or is this another case of Newmans meglomanic personality justifying him being above the law and if he is, Queenslanders will pay for his law breaking, Not him.

Police have allways been able to charge anybody for suspected crimes and those that are charged, Clubbies, averager bikers, anybody, and those charged are allowed there day in court. That is a fundamental cornerstone of Australian society. Our most important cicvil right. Thats what Newman is attacking and conducting himeself in a manner above the law. Im not defendending any lawbreaker no matter who they are but they have a right to defend themselves in court with a lawyer if they so choose and should be able to without a Premier slandering lawyers for doing there job.

So, as Newman alluded to the fact that he thinks this lawyer is a criminal supporting criminal gangs, His words, then why havnt the police charged this lawyer with an offence??

If you cant see whats fundamentaly wrong about Newmans attack on civil rights, then you must have your head buried far deeper in the sand than even I thought.
