Adam, check for sumping mate. Easy ball park check is when cold check oil level. If its low take it for a ride and warm your horse up then check oil level on shut down, if the level seems correct likely to be sumping and when the bike is not riden for awhile the level will drop again. I won;t say its a common problem but it does happen. If its that bad you'll even get oil outa your air cleaner. Unsure about your model but there is a hex plug bottom of earlier tc crankcase, if you pull plug and get more than approx more than 5 oz of oil your probably sumping. At end of day your under warranty so find a dependable shop mate.

Hey Adam, chin up mate, sounds like your on the right path, I feel for ya. It’s disappointing to have issues with any new bike regardless if it’s your first or 4th Harley you’ve owned, something in my opinion that most dealers have trouble meeting each persons expectations, hence we are all different. The only thing I can add to what the Guys above have mentioned is on the point of expectations. Double check what you are using for your base line as a reference to how you feel the bike should be running, be it experience, mates bike or last test ride. Ask the dealer if you can though your leg over a demo bike with std 103 just for peace of mind. I say this because it will help you inform the tuner on what you want out of the bike or narrowing down on that issue.
Hope you get my drift. You will get to the bottom of it and it will be a distant memory, hope all goes well.

Yeah thanks 113king... not a bad idea to take another ride on a demo 103 road king for comparison.
    Cheers

Hi, I test rode a 2014 Ultra last week! bloody nice ride, but what a gutless wonder the engine is! I would crack the throttle open and then set an alarm clock to wake me up in 15mins when we got to 5000rpm...lol...it was seriously tragic.

Now I am spoilt on the horsepower front on my Evo, but I was really shocked at just how down in power the 110ci motor was.
