I'm wanting to get my 05 Lowrider to handle and ride better on our very rough Australian roads. Currently has Progressive 418 rear shocks in 12 inch or 305mm length with Progressive fork springs. Very harsh and too low for our crap country roads. Thinking I will go with 12.5 inch or 317mm Icon rear shocks http://www.ikonsuspension.com/content/product_ranges/7610_series_shocks.shtml along with matching fork springs and gold valves in the forks with a fork brace.
What are people's experiences and thoughts?

YSS do a good system as well and some mates have them nothing but good things to say, I put an FXDP twin disc front end on my 05 lowrider which raised it 37mm made a huge difference in the ride and cornering
