Hi All, Hope you had a great Xmas/New Year, I have a quick question for all you 103 owners.
Recently fitted a 103 to my 06 Lowrider (The 88 had ticked up over 120,000K's) I ride 75% Alone to 25% 2 - Up, I am 104Kgs and Mrs about 60 Kgs (Not sure, touchy subject) When two up cruise along at 110 to 120, When on own this may rise. Probably spend 80% of time between 2500 and 4000 RPM but like to give it a squirt now and then. I am running all 06 Electrics and having issues with no decompression on start up.
So I am going to get Easy Start cams fitted.
My Question is:
I can go:
1. 585 Easy Start Cams, Adj Pushrods, Lifters, Gear Drive kit, Full Dyno Tune
2. 551 Easy Start Cams, Adj Pushrods, Lifters, 4 Degree Adj Cam gear etc, Full Dyno Tune
Difference in cost about $850.00
Which way would be best ? Anyone running these types of combo's feedback would be appreciated. I am booked in for work to be done just need some help with which way to jump.

Hogbag, Yes I am.
Sag, Its not a 103 kit, its a 2013 103 Engine out of an FXDF so should have the improved tensioners but as still using ecu etc from 06 Lowrider I dont think it has the decomp.
On balance I think I will go with the 585 gear drive set up. This bike is probably going to be my last before hitting three wheels ( Sidecar/Trike/Spyder) so may as well enjoy it. Ride Safe Nigel
