I have a holding deposit on it, an will fly down in the next coming days to ride it back to Syd. What do you all think?

Looks Nice, She's a Private import , had compliance in 2011, Your Harley dealer might not service her.

Yeah he told me that, worse case I get an independent to service it.

Sweet, he has had it for 2 and half years with the kit in it when he bought it.

Did I just read it costs $250 to swap pipes? Wtf"? I could be rich!!!!!

I wish I was confident enough to pull the bike apart. I have worked on engine before but I don't know, a new toy I don't wanna stuff it lol

Just out of curiosity, you can get inspections on cars before you buy them eg. RACV, NRMA, VACC etc, anyone ever tried getting a inspection on a bike before purchase?

There is a place in melb but they arn't back till mid jan. I think I will just get a shop to look over it. Can anyone recommend a bike shop near Cliffton Hill

Another thing that got me thinking, he just had the original pipes put on for the RWC. Is it ok to ride it from Melb to Syd with those mods but original pipes?

Under off by me, subject to pre purchase inspection on Monday or Tues whenever they can do it and I'm flying there wed to ride home.
