i have been looking for a speedo combo to suit my 04 fatboy but i dont want a digital speedo. there seems to be no end of 08 and up but 04 to 07 they dont make any more. will a 08 model fit mine as a few people have surgested might ? Any help would be greatful thanks

08 and up are 6 speed , your bike is 5 speed ( although the 07 was 6 speed as well !) There's a green " 6 " light in the dash

That's the first " technical reason " I think you'll have trouble

There's also extensive changes to the wiring harness between 2004 and 2008 and up

They certainly did have combo speedos for the 2004 back in the day , so a search of ebay canada may turn something up ? ( They're Km/H !)

UK spec speedos often have Miles and K's so maybe there ?

Will they " fit" in the tank ? , most likely as same size speedo , will the multiplugs work ?? That's the question

Where are you located ? If you're in Perth WA I can lend you a 2008 Speedo to "try" or at least look at ?

thanks for the offer Retroman but i live in lara geelong. I have been searching ebay global for near on a year now with no luck. there is some speedo combos out there but all have a digital display which im not to keen on or are in miles from the usa.
