I got a new LED speedo for my breakout. I just need to know do I really need to remove the positive lead from the battery before installation and if so when I reconnect will it cause any drama?

No big dude. As long as long as the ignition is off so you don't short the pos out, it will be cool. Sounds good. Post a pic when your done. P.S. Happy Chrissy Dave.
