As the title says just wondering what you guys wear? I'm wearing the ugly fish glasses right now but find they don't have the best seal etc.

Just curious as to what you guys wear.

    Cheers

    Ben

Ben, there is already 1 or 2 threads on this topic mate. I found 1 thread in general discussions, It's titled "open face, which glasses?"  Hope this helps. It's currently on page 22, general discussions, bike related.

    hi,

scott mx goggles, the grey tint, gonna get some mirror goggles soon, i find sit best on a lightweight balaclava not the poser face masks people wear and the seal is good

it blocks wind and rain quite well, and you just leave on helmet

    thanks

Yep great I'll have a go
    I wear prescription ugly fish
Sealing is good no watery eyes
So just change out the prescription gasket and you have clear, yellow or tint
    Model is the slim

    G'day,

I have a pair of Ugly Fish with presciption inserts, and a pair of work supplied safety multi focal prescription glasses. These are polarised, and when the visor is down, the effects are reminicsent of my mispent youth. cool

I've got Ugly Fish goggles too
the foam seal around the edges needs replacing but I've been to a few shops around here and no-one stocks them.

I've sent an email to the suppliers, so far no response.

Used to wear cheap wraparounds available anywhere. For some reason, biker style wraparounds have all but disappeared from most places, with anything like them having fairly thick side arms. Finally found myself a set of old style biker wraparound Bolle safety glasses that retail for $29.75 at RSEA. https://www.rsea.com.au/products/prowler_

I wear only Oakleys. Saw an article from the US Military as to why their soldiers etc use Oakleys.....optically corrected and with proven ballistic capabilities. Basically, unless a lens is optically corrected then your eyes will try doing it themselves. literally making adjustments every millisecond........this leads to potential vision imapirment and headaches etc. (note, it was proven that shooting with non corrected lenses made the shooter inaccurate. Not good if you are trying to kill someone trying to kill you!!)

Additionally, I NEVER wear glasses with either a seal around the frame or with fat frame arms. I want as much peripheral vision as I can possibly get.
