Anyone here ever deal directly with them for a custom seat order?  Is it me or is their customer service beyond brutal?

Three days now waiting for a simple quote on a seat for an order I am keen on making.  Have called them twice.  Last time I pretty much received attitude from them!

Thanks for that. Yeah I'm pretty disappointed in it. All up my seat would have cost over $500 US. Business must be good for them to not give a shit about me.

Is Con based in Sydney by chance? I'm not too keen on having to ship my seat interstate.

Yeah this was a custom seat though that I wanted to get done, so I dealt with LePera directly. I've just told them to stuff it, and that their service is utter crap.
