    Hey guys,

Am contemplating wrapping my short shots over christmas. Does anyone know where I can buy some black exhaust wrap in Canberra?

    Cheers Mark

A note of caution, the wraps retain water and will destroy your pipes in a short while. It your looking for a colour change what about ceramic coating?

My pipes are ceramic coated and wrapped.
Still cant work out how the Wrap retains water.
I know when I first wrapped mine I had a mine in a bucket of water to help with stretch and initially they steamed when I kicked the bike over but haven't seen that since.

Has anyone wrapped their pipes and then painted over the wrap with the heat proof paint?? Im thinking about this as the "Black" fibreglass heatwrap is more of a dark grey.

Some pics would be great smiley
