Any clue on what the deal is with the exhaust flapper valve thing on the stock headers on the 13 Street Bob? There's nothing mentioned in the install instructions or the workshop manual for that matter.

Do you remove the cable from the actuating valve itself and tuck the cable up somewhere or unplug it from the solenoid somehow??

Thanks for the replies lads, they've already disabled it when I did the stage one.. apparently unplugged one end when the valve was open as the new bikes have canbus. Chasing a definitive answer as to whether or not you can remove the cable entirely from the junction box/solenoid or whatever the hell that box is when I ditch the stock headers.
