Fair enough, the '07 should have been '08/09 - happy?

Yeah, I suppose it's really about customer service after purchase.

Hi, I bought from Frasers and they tried to stiff me for the custom wheel package which already came on the FXSTC, I told them that I was not paying for something that was already a stock item. Rang Frasers over east and they were doing the same thing, charging FXSTC buyers for the profile wheel package which was already a stock item on that model. I told them I was ringing Harley Australia, and the sale guy told me they were Harley Austaralia - BULLSHIT, Got hold of Richard of Harley Australia and he told me I was right, Well fuck me an hour later Frasers Perth rang me and told me I was correct and to now come down and pick my bike up, it left a sour taste in my mouth. So for all you out there who bought an 07FXSTC on make sure you do your home work and not get stung for the profile wheel package which you have already paid for, From that day I have never felt comfortable with Frasers Perth and now talk with the guys at Supercycles in Osbourne Park and with Southwest Harleys in Bunbury, but hey thats my experience with Frasers !

Got mine from Southwest Harley in Bunbury & have been more than happy with their service, when I signed up & added a few bits & pieces to the deal I went away but looking at the contract it didn't add up I thought Morro had missed something out, went back & he realised he had put the price of another cheaper bike down, an honest mistake, he said that he would have to wear it, I said bullshit tear up that contract & rewrite it at the proper price, he was very thankful.

My way of thinking what goes around comes around, his staff are always friendly & will stop to have a chat & they all know me & the mrs by name, I would highly recommend them

Hey TNT, I would have to agree with you, I have not heard any bad things come out of Southwest.

I've been involved in21 new bikes (mine and referred mates) at Frasers over17 years and when it came for me to buy my 4th. they treated me like a pubic hair on a dunny seat. off I went to Morgan Wacker in Brissy to buy it. Was $1800 cheaper which paid for the flight over and holiday ride back. I still go in there for oils and guenuine parts ..why I don't no.

I got mine from the dealer in Mackay and couldn't have been happier with the service they gave me was top notch, trucked the bike back for $1150 and now get it serviced at SWHD.
