Who makes replacement Fuel Injectors for Throttle By Wire SE 58mm throttle body apart from Harley?
    Stock injectors are part # 27609-01B 4.3g/s
Harley also make a 5.3 g/s injector which I currently have installed. However the ECU seems to be loosing control at idle after a while.
    HPI makes part # HPI-DINJ-2  5.3g/s
    I want some around 4.9 g/s

    cheers

    Max

I didn't either at first which is why I ended up with a spare set from my 106 cable throttle build. Ordered the wrong part number

Not sure who all makes them but HPI, Marin and many others here in the states sell injectors for the cable throttle bikes. I know Bosch makes ones that fit and I believe Lucas does as well

I doubt it's injectors giving the trouble, I run 6.2gps injectors with no problems in a 62mm t/body.
More likely the tune is off.
FYO is runnin the 5.3's, that engine idles sweet as a nut , great street manners.

your right Carbon, It was like the ecu was loosing control of the injector but I think I may have found the problem, hopefully will know tomorrow.
And Steve it's FBW as stated in the first post with out looking them all up most of who listed don't do anything near 4.9s for FBW

The FBW stock injectors are made by Magnetti Marelli, but there are several others who make them that will fit. Bosch makes them as I've used them but do not recall the sizes for sure. Both Marrin and HPI list injectors for the FBW on there web site here in the US. For what it's worth the stock FBW injector size is 4.35 and I have personally run 5.3, 6.2 and 6.7 in them without issue. The 5.3 works great in a stock 103 with exhaust and air cleaner assemble.

Thanks Steve. I have the HPI 5.3 in it now. The problem is NOT the injectors like we first thought. The idle was very rough and looking at the duty cycle it seemed like the ECU was loosing control.
I refitted the manifold and that certainly helped but didn't really fix it. Tried another Calibration which will hold it stable until engine temp reaches 127 deg c then it goes crap again. The ignition timing at that temp in the log is all over the place.
Not sure what is going on really, air leak when every thing grows with heat? IAC issues with heat, injector seals not good.
It's getting closer but still not perfect
