    Hi,

Yeah great shot, they reckon those birds of prey can pick up stuff like that easy as, wallabies, joeys no problem and in the outback its common

One thing i love to see when out riding the birds hovering around, descending and ascending, they have right the best eye sight going around i reckon, they right up in the sky brothers

    Flying around

Abfarht - come into my life

    Thanks

bloke that took it was in his harvester at the time, said the eagle had a couple of goes and dropped it but gave him enough time to take the pic. apparently the pic was analysed by experts and came up genuine

I've seen eagles pick up new born lambs when I was a farm hand, many years ago.

Majestic animal, there are a couple of big Eagles which I often see flying up and down the cliffs when I cross the bridge I always take a look.

One day I driving across the bridge and one of the eagles swooped down in front of the car I thought I was going to hit him but I didnt.

Guy I knew use to reabilitate birds of prey, one day he brought one in the truck to the gym and let us put the bird on our forearms. We had to put a big leather glove on because those large  talens would scratch big chunks out of your arm. Also if you moved you arm up a bit the Eagle would open its wings to balance, what a sight to see this huge bird on your arm so awesome never forgot that moment. Closest I will ever get to one of those Eagles again.
