Not yet Bruce seems like most change em as soon as they can I've only got 3500ks on mine and not wet roads yet but can't say I've had much of a problem.

I think I run pretty hard when I get a nice bit of road, seem to punish the pegs a bit, maybe I'm not goin hard as I think frown What were the probs you had with the Dunlops ?

    Cheers FC

me880 metzlers for me the difference is amazing no more side movement when cornering in the wet ,
no more tracking on the road I think everyone raves how much better the fxdf handles from the dunlops
what ever they change to it because the dunlops are so far inferior ...........................do it

before i changed my dunlops they had approx 50% tread depth left and used to tramline badly, no communication or feel from the front end, had to slam my foot to the ground more than once to stop a low side happening, in the rain they just gave no grip and used to wiggle and squirm everywhere.
i switched to the commander 2 and absolutely love em for $600 fitted i'm happy

really depends how hard ya ride i guess, if ya pushin ya bike all the time you do want more grip then the dunlops can offer.

Ive never worried about how many ks ya get out of a tire. I would prefer 8-10 thous on a grippy dragon then 12-14 on a dunlop.

I like to feel confident in what im running
