Has any one fitted a Kuryakyn LED run-turn-brake spoiler, I fitted 1 to my Electra Glide yesterday and in the daylight struggle to see the lights. I have wired them as per the instructions, I do not know if I should have expected better as shown in the product descripition page. To test light after completion I direct wired the tail light and earth to the battery, with no improvement in brightness.I am not sure if the LED's connections from the factory are good but my wiring is all ok when resistance tested. Thanks Pat

I have contacted Kuryakyn and supplied photos of the light in daylight, not visbile from more than a couple of yards and night time which is good. They replied that it is working correctly and that they have had complaints re the poor daylight visibility before. I wish I has tested the light before I drilled the 5 holes in my top box.

Keep it on and supplement your lighting or indicators with other or more LEDs. Heaps of options out there that are cheap and easy.

I added some extra LEDs into my kuryakyn light to make it more vissible when braking and got some led clusters into the indicators

I will have a look to see if I can fit another strip of LED's, if not I will see what I can do to make the rear more visible in daylight hours. I am going to keep the spoiler on for now, one day I plan to repaint the bike when I do this I can repair the holes. Thanks for the photo's zlr8it your bike looks good. Fatbat I have fiddled with the original tail light by creating a new polished ss reflector inside it and it has really made the original tail light a lot better, I did this whilst awaiting shipment of the Kuryakin spoiler this has only made the Kuryakin look even worse.
