I have used M&M twice in the past but wasn't all that impressed with their packaging (boxes arrived beat up and items slightly damaged).

Who do you guys recommend using?

Not sure if that's M&Ms fault. Have you mentioned it to them, or tried a different way of sending it - paying higher postage or whatever? Most of my gear is coming from Griffin Cycles in Aus - it looks like M&Ms (same site) and the prices are similar even though it's AUD.

I've looked at M&M's website again today and damn their prices are good at the moment.... Looks like I will have to try using them again and requesting better protective packaging material.

I would have to agree with Bonkerz ... might be the postal services there or here going through your goods and not sealing them back up properly ... I reckon I have spent over 2000 bucks with M & M in the last year or so and haven't had one problem ... things include 2 sets of pipes ... brake rotors and callipers ... and many various pieces of Harley stuff .

And I am yet to find anyone with better prices ... here or there .

Matelot has a small point ... they have changed there website a little which I did find a little annoying at first but perseverance made it more easy to deal with eventfully .

Careyman ... not real good at the whole posting links type of things but just type in M & M Cycles into your computer search engine and you should have no dramas finding it ... they are out of Ohio and the owners are Mark & Linda .

I have used M&M quite a lot, no problems here. They even sourced me parts they didn't stock at better prices than the manufacturers own website. My last couple of orders were through FedEx. A bit more expensive, but very fast, well packed and still a significantly better price than here in Aus.

I've had no issues at all with M&M Cycles. Used them three times now. As mentioned, I hardly think they can be blamed for a banged up box upon arrival. The package would have gone through multiple destinations before it comes to you, one being customs here in Oz, who could care less about the condition your box is in.
