hi guys just installed ikon progressive fork springs in my 2008 xl custom and they still fill really soft and have really bad dive, i cut the pre load spacers to 25mm like its saids on the ikon site and filled the oil 6 inches from the top off fork tube with 10w oil

can anyone give me some tips or let me know if i went wrong somewhere, i want it alot harder and firmer thx

your oil level is too low, bring it up to 145mm. which way are the springs installed?

Springs are installed compress end down 

Yes mate they sit out about 1 1/2 inches 

I'm gonna try draining the oil and put 20w in it to measure 145mm from top of tube
