G'day,

     I signed up for the mileage program a couple of months after I bought my bike. In that time I did a few thousand Miles and I want to know if I can restart my mileage program to when I first bought the bike? I can obviously prove where and when I bought the bike and the amount of miles that were on the bike when I picked it up. Or is it once I've registered my bike and miles traveled with the milage program; that's it. I can't back track to reclaim miles I've done already.

I think you will find it is the dealer that has to log your miles in the register, so if you bought the bike and have proof of the mileage then it can be back dated if your dealer is willing to put their mark on it.
