    Hi everyone,

I'm new to the bike scene and forums. Also pretty sure the topic about exhausts have been brought up countless of times.

I've been looking into exhausts for my 2013 Streetbob and all I can see is Vance and Hines pipes on just about every bike. I'm interested in getting something different then Vance and Hines but seem to be having trouble finding other things.

I have came across Rinehart Racing 2 into 2 cross-back flush cut exhausts systems. Has anyone heard or know anything about these systems? Or is there anything else out there that I should take a look into?

I'm not looking for the best power gain its more for sound, but at the sametime I don't want anything where I will lose power.

Any help or info would be greatful.

    Thanks

Yep. I love Freedom pipes. Otherwise the Bobcats are awesome pipes too.

I went through a few pipes on my street bob..... best sounding and performing pipe I ended up with was a black supertrapp 2-1 with an open end billet cap.

Sounded freaking awesome and gave me the best usable power.

    Good luck with your choice.

Thanks for the feed back guys. Had a look at these pipes but something about the 2 into 1 puts me off them.
I really like the look of the 2 into 2 so I guess its some more hunting around for me.

    Thanks again everyone :)

HI Plonky, welcome,,,the V & H are very loud, I have short shorts on my Fatbob & I'm always concerned that Plod will not agree with my choice. If you're after a legal sound that also provides power then look at the SE slip-ons, if you're not worried about noise & power then look at the V & H there are a few choices, other than that I can't advise. You will know when you see the exhaust that suits you, take your time & look around.

Currently I have the S & S slip-ons which sound good at low RPM, but when getting higher then 3000+ RPM to me sounds abit tinny if that makes sense. A friend of mine has V & H Big Shots on his Softail and its got a great note all the way through the rev range.

I was looking at V & H at first but everyone seems to have them so I want to get something different. If I was going to go V & H it'll be between the Big Radius 2 into 2 or the Big Shots

got a mate with the reinharts on and they look and sound nice..  BUT,  I, like Hmmmm2 and a few others have mentioned. used freedom performance on my S&S powered softail.  very reasonable price and so far holding up well.

This has been covered before and while I realise opinions vary, I can't imagine better looking and sounding pipes that V&H Big Radius 2 into 2.

This is my FXST with the Big Radius and I know not everyone will agree, but I reckon it looks awesome. I know they are really common, but there's good reason lots of guys put them on. I wouldn't swap them for quids.

I went into the Harley the other day and was talking to the guys about exhausts. Told him I have a Dyna Street bob and was looking at the Big Radius 2 into 2. He brought it to my attention that type of exhaust doesn't really flow with the bike and should me a picture. I had not noticed it until he showed me the picture and pointed out how the swing-arm stands out with that type of exhausts. I actually had to agree with him, it looked pretty horrible. Not sure how to upload pictures but if you google Vance and Hines Big Radius 2 into 2 on Dyna Street Bob you'll be able to see what I mean.

The other down fall with those type of systems on the Dynas is that the inner pipe is awkwardly close to the dip stick to check the oil. Can't really help that being a Dyna model so at the moment I'm looking into the V&H Big Shots, Freedom Amendment exhaust or the Freedom Decleration Turn-outs
