Been creeping around the forum for a bit now thought was time to pipe up.

I have been riding trail bikes for about 15 years and hail from the West.

Just ordered my first harley time to get some cruising done.  softail standard just have to wait for the boat to get here with it now haha.

Good forum to lots of good info for a HD newb like myself

Took delivery of my softail standard today .... And got to ride it the half hour from the dealer to my joint then piss off north for a week. Talk about a bloody tease.
Stoked though so good to finally have it sitting in the garage ready to go have some fun.

Good idea to change oils after first 500 kms.
