Not a HD but I'm pretty sure this old frame is a Trumpy but having not dealt with them before cant be too certain. Any if you blokes able to helo identify it?

Trumps have a single down tube.

Yeah its just the mounts that look trumpy. I was thinking late 60's or 70's unit but the numbers on the neck dont match anything from either era. Frame numbers have a prefix N then 6 numbers and the Suffix P on the right side of the neck.
As you mention Neo, Trumpys do have a single downtube but I figured that as it is modified/ after market this may have been changed?
