Took my iron up to T1 (Terroristone), to have No plate mod, Old man suspension & Air Cleaner race tuner install & map! I live in Venus Bay Gippsland near Wilsons Prom so it is a fair drive 2 !/2 hrs. I saw a pic of the rear no plate bracket T1 made for his own iron and thought that it really cleaned it up. He has since done several more & I must say he just keeps getting better at doing this mod his looks great but mine is even cleaner. It was a fair way to drive so I decided to hold off & get some bits to have the oldman suspension mods, thought the harley suspension really sucked & coming off dirt bikes which is always the first mods you do! Ikons rear & Ikon front progressive springs with ricors & Dyna fork tubes. This mod has made a huge difference in the way the bike handles much more sure footed no diving under brakes & much more comfortable on these South Gippsland so called roads! The other mod T1 also installed was DK 587 Hi flow A/C which I ordered with Tank lift & coil relocation kit which I installed and S.E super tuner! I think this mod has given me at least 10-12 more ponies T1 installed a tune that he has for his bike that was Dynoed. Now I know one 883 will tune different from another 883 but this map is really good. All up the price was very good, I think if I had the bike to a dealer, just the tune probably would have been close to same price as T1 completed all 3 mods. T1 is currently trying to set up his own workshop to work mainly on Harleys at the moment he is only available weekends to do the work but with the amount of people on this forum we could probably have him available weekdays! So if you want any work done on your bikes & you are not capapble, message T1. The no plate mod alone is easily worth the 2 1/2 hr drive! Grant. T1's business is called AA Custom Cycles so lets support him in his endeavours!
Thanks Andrew for doing the tune on my bike today at such short notice , very much apreciated. I'll keep you posted on how it goes once I get a few k's up. Cheers Shane
Gday Andy and fellow AA Custom Cycles supporters . The 1st thing I noticed when dealing with Andrew T1 is that he actually gives a fuck about what you have to say ,he is interested in your vision for your ride ,my bike isn't just a number its part of the family ,all my servicing and upgrades are done by and monitored by Andy and the proof is in the pudding ,my bike is much much faster ,smoother ,brutally sexier and handles so much better than the factory specs that my riding and confidence has greatly improved .I ride pretty hard by some definitions and ask a lot from my bike ,with AACC its not just set and forget Andy is consistently researching and in touch with reputable peers , perfecting his craft and that knowledge is a great benefit to me ,my wallet and my peace of mind ,I have no hesitation in recommending AA custom cycles ,I would entrust my ride to no one else .Im more than happy to support AA Custom Cycles and am greatfull for the extra pleasure and reliability I get from my bike thanks to Andy . work done on my bike includes oldman conversion ,xr brakes ,many exhaust changes and mods ,various fitments of bling ,pegs ,controls etc sincerely 48fan
T1 has been my bike mechanic for the last three years. In that time he has done all my services changed my brake pads, total front fork re-build, fixed up all my eletrical wiring problems and always offers great advice and service. For those looking for a mechanic who takes pride in their work at a reasonable cost you can't go past 'AA Custom Cycles'. I'm not just saying this cause he's a good mate, the people who have had work done by him have nothing but praise and satisfaction. Cheers jim.
Anything and everything, pm or call me for any questions/queries! Regards Andrew - T1 P.s I'm going to be running a Xmas special on servicing very soon so watch out for it.

Looks like it's my turn now. Just picked up my bike from Andrew yesterday. The latest upgrades include heat wrap, coil/ignition relocation, rewiring with tank lift, paint job, rear indicators. Hope I didn't miss anything.
Andrew worked on my bike for the last 2 years including services and all modifications. He delivers outstanding quality, offers technical advice and is always available. Even for very urgent service tasks at 10pm when I managed to run my break pads for a few km too far and ended with metal on metal, but needed the bike the next morning. And he picked up my bike with his trailer when I had a flat tire...
A couple shots below with the current setup. Last thing missing is the engine remap and unfortunately the paint job has to be redone due to wrong placing of the batch... but by no means Andrew's fault. We tried to give the paint shop as many guides for the placement as possible but they still managed to screw it up...
Long story short Andrew delivers highest quality - always on time and spot on!
Hey Andrew, got 268k's on the trip meter and got 91k's till empty that's a total of around 350k's out of a 17ltr tank, I can't believe the tune could make that much difference , once again thanks very much I'll see you in the new year and get the suspension done .
does a service with you keep my factory warranty up to spec? Would much rather support a local business than pump my cash back to HH. Plus your on my side of the city
