Depending on your budget i highly recommend you have the front forks rebuilt. Replace the fork sliders with dyna ones which will give you an inch or so more travel, assemble with Ricor intiminators and 5w oil, Ikon progressive springs, set the oil level and preload on the springs correct for your weight and that alone will transform the bike into a new beast. Next step is replace the rear spring/shocks with at least 11" Ikon rears. I have done a few of these setups and there is nothing but good things to say, it is money very well spent. This setup will allow the suspension to work like suspension should, and not rattle out your teeth.

If you are in melbourne please PM me for costing.

How did you go superlow11 and 5ltrfreak with your suspension upgrades? I am also looking at making changes my suspension, so would be interested to hear what people have done and what improvements were made. I have been looking at progressive 444's fpr the rear and progressive monotube fork cartridge for the front. Would like to hear if anyone has any opinions or experience with these.
