Got this a couple of weeks ago. What can I say,.. Puts a grin on my face.

Says"Here for a long time, Not here for a good time" in old 70's style like the "Goodies" cool colour, I only had black lids, but have had good comments so far(pics off the net)

Low wind noise, low profile. Thought it had a washable liner, but hasnt.(unless i missed something). fits nice to my head shape, unlike some other styles,so was well worth going to the shop to try on to get it right, which the fit ultimately made the difference.Still needs to settle down in a bit but not as bobble head looking as my old one, 5 year warranty ect. and quality is excellent being Bell. $160 from a HD dealership.

(Sick of wearing Black , would rather wear a rainbow. Take heed Johnny Cash lol)

Cant agree more about the black lids, so I was waiting for new stock to come into the country, so going with the silver or red flake.... then I was at the stealers and I tried on a M2R Custom - Brilliant!!! and it sits better on my head than the Bell.

Ironic though I took the matt black one but I've since had it pin stripped to add a bit of personality LMAO

Well I have to say after a 2 day ride with this lid the wind noise was bloody terrible(not like I first said, had only used round town), like someone had a fkn air gun in my ear, damn near blew an eardrum,so pulled over and chucked in the ear plugs i keep when hungover and that just wrecked the whole ride. I mean what good is it if ya can't hear the rollin thunder as you bop down the highway.Pissed me off bad so I'll only be wearing it round town from now on n I"ll be going another brand or style. Seemed to be where the two pads meet right near the temple whereas the old black one doesn't have this, so I learnt something when I choose the next one and thought I'd share it with you blokes. If any one thinks of a fix for this other than 100mile n hour grey tape let us know eh. Just another case of form over f f f f  function.

I have had one of these for a few months now. Really happy with it. It fits my head shape, and now it has settled in a bit, the fit is even better. It is a bit noisy, but in my experience ALL open face helmets are noisy, because they catch the wind full front on. You can only get quiet with a full face, and even then its hit or miss. The least noisy open face helemts are usually bobble head ones with heaps of padding in the sides. I like the way this Bell sits nice and low, and is not too wide. Got a good deal from the lacal Harley dealer at the time as well. They had a trade in your old helmet and get 20% off deal, so I gave them some old piece of crap helmet I have not worn for five years, and all up it only cost me $110. Bargain! TC

I have a Bell custom as well and got it 2nd hand and cheap of ebay from memory. It was only $70 inc post and came with a visor. I was expecting a peak visor but instead it came with a clip on shield. This is great for night riding plus really good in the rain. I have a small saddle bag on the bike and keep it in there in the helmet bag. :)

Found the problem with the extreme noise in ear, the bloody leather tab that covers the anchor point for the strap came unstuck and had that whistle effect going on. ha. Glued it back down and much better although I do find the old one quieter ; ;) Cheers Fellas

Went to buy one on the weekend as I thought $99 at PS was a great price for a good looking helmet but must be the most uncomfortable helmet I have ever tried on. Tried a few others and they all felt a lot better but all only in black. Keen to have something a bit different.
