G'day Tim,   I seem to be answering a few of your threads !!

Anyway,  this may not help you, but a little info on the differences between the 2014 FLHT CU  Ultra Classic Electra Glide , and the FLHT K Electra Glide Ultra Limited.

First off, the FLHT K  Limited ,($38,250) is $1000 dearer than the FLHT CU ($37,250).  This includes,  a different tourpac rack,  heated grips,  different signage and badge,  different colour  Air cleaner, and a couple of minor differences that I cant remember.

Also be aware that the 2014 FLHT CU Ultra Classic is delivered to Australia ,(international) with the New water cooled head motor, the same as the 2014 FLHT K Limited.    In the USA , the 2014 FLHT CU is still Air Cooled. (of course they all have Oil Coolers ).

I was confused with the different engine configuration, (Water cooled heads), between the USA and International FLHT CU models.   After a couple of calls and bit of googling I found out this was the case.

In the USA they have the option of buying a 2014 Full dresser either , with the Water Cooled heads or the Air Cooled engine , we in Australia dont have that option.  !!!!     Strange, but thats the way it is !!!!

    Cheers .

Hi Tim It is a great feeling to buy yourself a new ride and as you are thinking of getting your self a good second hand tourer is what I did and have fun with both depending on how you feel at the time or the ride you are about to do. I have a great FLHTCUI and is listed on gumtree ( now selling due to ill health )and a great soft tail to ride . Lots of people are not so lucky . No matter what you ride so long as you can enjoy it . If any one is interested drop me a line
