I'm not much of a mechanic, But what is involved in removing the oil tank so I can chrome it. Its from a 2005 softail ?????????

I was reading the procedure in the workshop manual and the best thing you can do is buy the manual. From what I have seen a lot of the black oil tanks are painted over chrome and I've seen quite a few that start peeling so, JUST WAIT.
