Can anyone help, I've just bought a set of mirrors with the led blinkers in them. There are three wires coming out,a grey,a red and a braided one. I've tried to hook them up straight in the harness under the tank, they work but are very dull. At first they just stayed on and wouldn't flash so I bought a couple of load resistors which have fixed that but they are almost impossible to see in the daylight. I have a 94 heritage with a later model self cancelling blinker cam (the one under the tanks). I hooked them up originally through the old blinkers to make sure they worked. They did no worries and were really bright. It's got me stuffed so any advice would be appreciated as they aren't far off going in the bin. Cheers
im not really an expert , but if you run the wires straight to the battery or positive with a fuse just incase they should light up nicely. One wire to the battery , another to earth , and the other to the blinker. Should work.
