Great bikes. Picked mine up 5 weeks ago. Amber Whiskey. Black Big radius dual pipes, SE air-cleaner, Sundowner seat and P-pad, Mini apes, adjustable sideplates for the sissy bar and rack (extra room for pillion provided by reclining backrest was very welcome). Only complaint is the pillion seat - foam separated from base plate. Dealer opened up a new one - same thing. Seems the whole batch may be faulty. Word of warning HD will not replace them. They do not warrant their seats!!!!!!! Bloody poor show. Dealer is having to get it fixed professionally at their expense. Having to put up with shitty narrow standard until then. Oh well as long as it comes back OK - Till then - sorry luv, put up with a sore arse or don't get on, I WIN!!!

What do your mini apes feel like? everybody seems to only run the standard bars but I would change them before I took delivery, what was the cost to get longer brake lines and cables? got any pics? harley dont warrant seats? they must be the only manufacturer in the world that doesnt.

Reckon if you grind/file the plate frame so the plate follows the outer contour that you'll get away with the angle if inspected again. And the personal plate is also a great idea.

Get this plate setup. Its from KPR Industries and is called the ChopZ Inner Fender Fix. Comes in a few different styles. Nice neat LED look and does away with the blinkers. They are expensive, but look very very nice. Here is an example bike I found on the net... Jason's Garage near Newcastle can fit them also.
