It's bloody hard to get your hand in, especially with spokes. Some of the petrol stations have stupid attachments for there air lines too, which makes it even harder. I got an angled air thingy on the cover of the Motorcycle Trader magazine last week. I put that on the back wheel of my Ultra Classic.

I have an angle adaptor I can screw onto the valve for difficult servo air lines, only cost a few $ off ebay.  I don't leave it on because it looks funny and I suspect it would effect the wheel balance.

Always wondered why the rear is in the centre but the front one is off centre ?
I just use a small 90 degree inflator airline fitting at home and separate VDO gauge but definitely a prick of an idea when ya got big hands and stumps for fingers hey , I'm glad they hold correct pressures most of the time !
